About LynneLynne narrates cozy mysteries, literary fiction, self-help non-fiction, and books about popular music. She enjoys coming-of-age stories and realism fiction. Her voice has been described as quirky and youthful. With over 10 years experience in film, TV and stage, nine years of working in a mastering studio, and studying singing for two years, she is uniquely suited for audio book narration. Growing up in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia, Lynne was exposed to the Amish country, Civil War battlefields, and historical landmarks with the ubiquitous brass plaque "George Washington Slept Here." After graduating from the University of Virginia, she worked for a U.S. congressman for four years, then pressed the re-set button and moved to California. She believed it was a good sign that her first L.A. apartment was a tiny castle built by Charlie Chaplin for his crew. Along the way she was a jazz dancer, and likes to think that being Casper the Friendly Ghost at Universal Studios, and performing with a Salvadoran band, add some interest to the conversation.
